Listen to my concerns! The service team listened to my concern after a 10-minute discussion regarding the cost of replacing a switch in a 2015 Forrester. Thank you Subaru Tucson I was looking to buy my second Subaru and Ken Murch made it an easy, low pressure experience. Positive Experience We were looking to update our 2nd car from a 2000 Saturn station wagon to something recently new. We pretty much had a Subaru in our sights from We were looking to update our 2nd car from a 2000 Saturn station wagon to something recently new. We pretty much had a Subaru in our sights from the beginning. We initially focused on the Outback because it was more like the Saturn's capability (which we liked), than the other models. For nearly a month we monitored the used Outbacks at Tucson Subaru, compared them to the 2017 version that had the features we liked, and even reviewed the Crosstrek and Impreza models as possible candidates. Over that period of time we learned the pros and cons of each. We made 3 visits to the dealership; the first to learn about features of the Outback, and the others to refine our questions and narrow our choices. We were primarily helped in those visits by Ken Murch, Sales Consultant, and others at Tucson Subaru as we refined our search. We found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful at all stages of our quest. Eventually, we decided to purchase a new Outback that had all the important features we wanted, rather than settle for a used version that had some we liked, and some of what we didn't like or need. More

Used vehicle repair. This is my second Subaru Outback I have purchased from Tucson Subaru. I purchased a used 2013 Suby Outback about two weeks ago. I understood it was us This is my second Subaru Outback I have purchased from Tucson Subaru. I purchased a used 2013 Suby Outback about two weeks ago. I understood it was used and came with a limited drive train warranty. A week after purchase, I had trouble with the key not being released from the ignition switch when shutting the car off. I took the car back to get it repaired. They took the car in and gave me a 2017 loaner. The Service Adviser Jesse Friedman called me and told me the part to repair my Outback would not be here for a week. I told him I was going on vacation next week and he said he would see what he could do. I got a call two days later and was totally surprised, my car was ready. The repair and loaner were totally covered. From the moment I walked in with the problem until I picked up the car, I was treated as though I had just purchased a brand new Subaru. They respected me and my time. Thank you to Scott Gregg, Jesse Friedman and the Sales Manager (did not get a card). I will purchase from Tucson Subaru again! Thank you. More
