First of all I would like to apologize profusely for any misunderstanding. I have reviewed your file and it clearly states:Perform 60k service with no oil change, no tire rotation, no spark plug replacement, and no battery test. Our system generates the verbiage for the repair automatically when we use certain op codes so it printed that these items had been done when in fact they were not. Upon reviewing the repair order there is no oil or filter billed out, there are no spark plugs billed out and there is no labor charged for an oil and filter change, a tire rotation, spark plug replacement, or battery test. You were only charged for the items you requested. I apologize for my service advisors oversite in not correcting the pre-printed verbiage about the repair but I can assure you that you were not charged for any of the items you requested to not be done and they were not done. I certainly would have immediately refunded you for anything that you had not asked for but all you were charged for is what you requested. If you would like to contact me to go over the bill line by line I would certainly love to. We take much pride in our honesty here at Tucson Subaru and treat all of our customers like family.
