I am a loyal Subaru customer since 1995 when I got my first just before graduating from professional school. Every time I have gone to buy a new car (its only been 3 in 29 years, lol), Subaru always com first just before graduating from professional school. This time, salesperson Kevin McDougal substituted for Jack and he was every bit as easy and informative and supportive as Jack was on my last purchase. He was outstanding. I have also used the service department for all my cars. They do a standup job as well, no matter who I am working with.
