Jesse and the entire Service team were Tremendous. He was Friendly, Professional, and communicated updates throughout the course of the Repair. He also provided a timeframe for completion of the work, He was Friendly, Professional, and communicated updates throughout the course of the Repair. Horrible experience at every service. During my last service, the car was unable to be washed so I was given a coupon to go across the street. When I did, the side view mirror casing came During my last service, the car was unable to be washed so I was given a coupon to go across the street. When I did, the side view mirror casing came off (which was just recently replaced) I returned to the dealership service center and they taped on the casing and told me they would order a new part and then call me when it was in…. This was a month ago… still waiting for their call and driving around with a mirror covered in packaging tape. Horrible experience! More
