From the moment we entered the showroom to when we received the keys to our Piilot our experience was exceptional! Each contact we had from various people on the showroom floor, our specific sales representative, reception individuals, finance personnel was most cordial and helpful. I had a small issue with a bad tire after purchasing the vehicle and the service department took care of the issue at no charge to me. My experience from sales to finance to service was all about providing individualized top-notch customer service. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Honda of Lincoln and the way they treat their customers will keep me coming back for future purchases and recommending them to others for their car buying needs. Honda of Lincoln works on all of my vehicles, a 2011 Honda Pilot and two Jeeps. Larry Holtmeier is an excellent mechanic, and he corrects the problem first time, every time.
