Jim is the GOAT. I really dislike dealing with typical sales tactics like bait and switch or pressure to buy add-ons right away so even though I loved the car I found I really dislike dealing with typical sales tactics like bait and switch or pressure to buy add-ons right away so even though I loved the car I found on their website I wasn’t thrilled about the car buying process. Luckily I ended up with Jim as our salesman. The car I wanted was still being built but I got to check out a similar model on the lot and Jim walked me through all the features and available add-ons. He wasn’t pushy or aggressive he simply explained the options and if I showed interest he’d dive deeper and answer every question. I appreciated the transparency and the fact that there were no hidden fees or forced add-ons. When a few issues came up on my end he was incredibly helpful and flexible. My car arrived on time in perfect condition and just as beautiful as I’d hoped. Jim helped sync it to my phone showed me how the controls and touchscreen worked and we took a quick test drive. He answered everything thoroughly. I wrapped up the paperwork with KP who was punctual, friendly and on top of it. He explained each document and even caught a mistake I’d made and let me know he’d already started the refund process which I really appreciated and it shows the integrity of Ventura Toyota. I’d absolutely 💯 recommend Jim at Ventura Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
