ALWAYS the best experience When I was looking to purchase my Audi A8 (leaving behind a MB S500), I shopped the three primary Audi dealers in Metro_Boston: Burlington Audi, Brook When I was looking to purchase my Audi A8 (leaving behind a MB S500), I shopped the three primary Audi dealers in Metro_Boston: Burlington Audi, Brookline and Westwood. Based on personal interaction with the Salespersons and the Yelp reviews, I purchased my A8 thru Herb Chambers Burlington Audi, even though the two other dealerships were closer. Beyond happy with my decision. I appreciate being personally recognized both on the phone and when I arrive, prompt and efficient attention, the Service Department accurately assesses what needs to be done, and never have I had a problem with a repair. My Service Consultant, Jim Parolisi is a model for the way Customer Service (and satisfaction) should be provided. Theirs is a standard others should strive for. More

I've been getting my Audis serviced at Audi Burlington since 2008, and I've been nothing but thrilled with the experience I've received over the last 6 years. The staff are helpful, knowledgeab Burlington since 2008, and I've been nothing but thrilled with the experience I've received over the last 6 years. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating, and they always treat me like a VIP. While service isn't cheap, it is in-line with other dealerships, and the quality is top notch. I've recommended Audi Burlington on many occasions in the past, and would absolutely recommend them again without hesitation. More

I regularly service my Audi A8 and S4 Cabriolet with Audi Burlington and they are really the best. Jim Parolisi is the most focused service advisor I have ever come across. he listens to my concerns, takes Burlington and they are really the best. Jim Parolisi is the most focused service advisor I have ever come across. he listens to my concerns, takes notes and doesn't miss a beat. every service issue I have ever presented him has been resolved. I have compared parts and service pricing and Audi Burlington was the most aggressive, they have always had a car for me to drive during servicing & the technicians have always had the answers to all my technical questions. I have never heard NO or I CANT. I have interacted with the General Manager Adnan Sehovic and he is always kind and sincere and will never allow you to leave unsatisfied. Every promise he has ever made me has been fulfilled. These 2 Employees are the real reason I will continue to service with and recommend Audi Burlington to everyone. More

There are many elements of "outstanding or extraordinary" service that go far beyond politeness and routine. The key element is to understand and identify with the customer as an individual an extraordinary" service that go far beyond politeness and routine. In my 47 years of driving various brands and models I have never felt as comfortable and unworried about any mechanic as Jim (Parolisi) anywhere. As a native German, born near the AUDI facilities, I am obviously spoiled by the precision of the German service approach. I have recently started to bring my Audi S5 to Burlington for maintenance and service. Jim P. and the rest of the Audi service team have been a breath of fresh air. They have been extremely helpful and were able to figure out the problem I was having w my car. They promptly called and explained the issue. Audi's service department had the part ordered, delivered, and completed the following day. I was very impressed and happy to know I can count on them for quality service. I will continue to bring my car to Burlington Audi in the future. Cheers!! More

I have been an Audi driver for the last 15 years and have bought/leased all my vehicles from IRA Audi in Peabody Mass. I was driving a 2007 Q7 at the time with 120,000 miles and it was getting up there and bought/leased all my vehicles from IRA Audi in Peabody Mass. I was driving a 2007 Q7 at the time with 120,000 miles and it was getting up there and thought I should start exploring my options so I went to IRA. They stuck me with the most junior, unknowledge about salesman they could find who's only concern was if I was going to buy the car that day. Nothing about the car was described features, warranties new changes etc. nothing! I proceeded to leave pissed off. I called my service guy at IRA who referred me to his brother at Burlington Audi who then referred me to Bruno Lopes salesman. That poor kid must have driven in 6 cars with me some of them twice just to make sure I was sure of my decision at the same time talking about and showing all the features etc. He knows everything about all Audi's refreshing! Once I decided on a model Mikail Moiseyev in Financing appraised my car at a VERY fair value and helped me get the financing I needed (which was not an easy task). Bruno introduced me to the service department and come to find out my old service rep from IRA is now there Cindy! It was like old home week at Audi Burlington. They took care of all the paperwork transferring of plates etc and I picked my new 2012 A6 sport the next day! When I noticed a scratch a day later I went in and Bruno and the sales manager agreed to fix it and we are currently making an appt (at which time I will get a loaner) what more could you ask for I'm a convert long are the days of IRA Audi I now and forever will be a loyal patron of AUDI Burlington not only for my Audi's in the future but for all my service needs of my current one. Jim Parolisi has been my Service Advisor for several years. On this visit he sent me an email and left a voice message answering my voicemail request for an appointment within an hour of when I had left years. When I arrived he had the paperwork ready, answered a couple of questions clearly and let me know there were some computer updates for the car which would be installed during the visit. He is a good listener, noting my requests and making sure that the service department covered each of them. He is friendly, upbeat, very knowledgeable and answers questions directly without skirting the issue. Jim is efficient and never wastes time, especially when I wait for the car servicing rather than take a loaner. His relationship with his colleagues is friendly which allows him to find out more details if needed. More

I was having a problem with my Q5 and called for an appointment. Jim scheduled me for the next morning, which was perfect, and granted my request for a loaner. I was checked in promptly, we reviewed th appointment. Jim scheduled me for the next morning, which was perfect, and granted my request for a loaner. I was checked in promptly, we reviewed the problem and Jim surmised that it was probably related to a very recent recall by Audi. I was given an A6 to borrow - which drives beautifully! Jim called the next morning to tell me that the problem was indeed related to the recall and that my car was ready. Pickup was efficient, car ready and washed, and all done under warrantee so $0! More
