First time here. Service was quick. I paid for a service package after purchasing this truck from bradshaw. First time my service came around I go to leave once it’s done and someone left my mugs on the tir package after purchasing this truck from bradshaw. First time my service came around I go to leave once it’s done and someone left my mugs on the tire loose. Had a bad vibration and rattle. They attempted to make me feel better about it by giving me a$300 credit on my account and was quick to fix it but I do not think it justifies at that. More than likely will not be back. First impressions always are important and that was the xxxxtiest first impression I’ve ever had somewhere. But all in all the managers and my service advisor who I didn’t see were extremely nice. This is nothing at all towards them. More

Enjoyed my first trip to Bradshaw for service. Overall my experience was good. Very friendly staff and they kept me informed on the status of my repairs. Only area I'd suggest improvement is when a customer comes to the service department that there be someone to guide them to where they need to be or put up signage to show where to go. I felt a little lost with where to go given it was my first visit. More
