The person we worked with the most and have been very happy with has been our Sales Person Jim Spink. We also have been happy with the Service Dept. and the various personnel in that area. When we worked with Amos Longanecker he took time with us to answer questions as we went through paperwork and happy with him as well. While we have been happy with the Dealership, we are very unhappy with the decision Corporate Honda and the 2023 Honda CRV - EX design team made to eliminate the BLIND SPOT Information System as well as getting rid of the capability of having SiriusXM within the Infotainment System. Now I had to purchase an I Phone as my Android Phone did not work well with the system. The Safety feature on the side mirrors (Blind Spot Information System) is the thing we are most upset about and have contacted Corporate Honda. Even my Auto Insurance Premium increased because of the Blind Spot. We ordered the CRV sight unseen because there were no models for physical viewing or test drive. Since we have been purchasing Honda's since 1990's and have been loyal Honda owners, we never anticipated a Safety Feature ever being eliminated by Honda. We were aware of design changes to the body but not aware of the eliminations with the Safety Features. As why would Honda ever think of doing that?!! Because of this, we learned our lesson and will do deep research into all auto manufactures before we decide to purchase or lease another Honda. AGAIN, I want to reiterate that we are happy with Honda of Kenosha Dealership, Jim Spink, Amos Longanecker, and the Service Dept. We feel Honda should do a recall and install the Chip and necessary hardware/software to upgrade the Safety feature of the Blind Spot Information System AT NO COST TO THE CUSTOMER. Let me say other manufacturers such as Toyota and Ford have the Blind Spot Information System in their new 2023 Models. More

Terrible. Had my car in just to have a cargo liner installed and strut caps. 15 minute job. Was told I had to leave my car all day. A sizable dent was put in the hood of my vehicle while in Honda of Kenosha's possession. Was made to feel like it was my fault they dented my car. Brought it back to be fixed. Car was gone for over a week. I was not given a courtesy vehicle to use even though I have to go to cancer treatment daily. Asked about the AC that I discovered was not working since I only bought the vehicle 6 weeks ago. Inquired whether it may not have been fully checked before I bought the car. Mr. Moussa was INCREDIBLY rude, cut me off, talked over me and was incredibly condescending. Insisting that the car was fully checked out and that could not have possibly been the issue. Although, funny enough when I posed the question to the service manager Mr. Rohrssen he stated that they would not have checked the AC because it was February when the did the service check - yet they certified on the checklist on the car that it was checked and functional. Probably should not indicate that something was checked when it was not on the official forms for the vehicle. Pretty sure the State of Wisconsin has rules about that. All in all, regret buying a car from here and would not recommend anyone else do so. More
