I felt comfortable with how they answered my questions and concerns. I think I brought A great car for the money, but again they made, car buying something that was difficult for me easy. Lexus ES350 I am really enjoy the car but my experience was average at best. The car on the website showed 14 miles and I asked the salesman to confirm that befo I am really enjoy the car but my experience was average at best. The car on the website showed 14 miles and I asked the salesman to confirm that before I traveled over 700 miles to pick up the car. When I arrived the car had over 300 miles and the gear shift know was missing. Not the first impression I was looking for. Even though in the scheme of things 300 miles is not a lot it was the principal that the car was not as advertised. They also could not get the key fobs to work after I brought it to there attention. They finally decided the car was in transit mode and I would need to go to a Lexus dealership to get that fixed. Turns out that most of the interior lights were not working, the clock as well as the key fob. Once I returned home I did take it into Lexus and they were great and now all the functions on the car are working. More
