Much better than expected! What a great experience, no pressure, you can look at the lot yourself, and the inventory seems to be all quality cars. I felt comfortable with how they answered my questions and concerns. I think I brought A great car for the money, but again they made, car buying something that was difficult for me easy. Thank you Jimmy Burns and my new friend Eric for taking such good care of me. I've already spoken to people and told them what a great experience I've had. I love the simple business model Donahoo uses and I will take pointers from them on how to run my business better. More

He is AWESOME and so KIND! He took great care of me and my vehicle and went above and beyond to ensure it was in tip top shape. Lexus ES350 I am really enjoy the car but my experience was average at best. The car on the website showed 14 miles and I asked the salesman to confirm that befo I am really enjoy the car but my experience was average at best. The car on the website showed 14 miles and I asked the salesman to confirm that before I traveled over 700 miles to pick up the car. When I arrived the car had over 300 miles and the gear shift know was missing. Not the first impression I was looking for. Even though in the scheme of things 300 miles is not a lot it was the principal that the car was not as advertised. They also could not get the key fobs to work after I brought it to there attention. They finally decided the car was in transit mode and I would need to go to a Lexus dealership to get that fixed. Turns out that most of the interior lights were not working, the clock as well as the key fob. Once I returned home I did take it into Lexus and they were great and now all the functions on the car are working. More

Even though they we very efficient by promptly servicing my car, they didn't clean my windshield or vacuum the interior this time, those extras that justify the distance for me to get my Mercedes serviced there. I'll be back because they are so friendly, but I admit that I was a bit disappointed. More

I have already been spreading the word of the great experience w Donahoo to friends and co workers. I am glad to say I feel confident nfident if any issues do arise w my smart car (she's also good lookin🙂). I will be taken good care of. This has been the best xperence I have ever had at a "used car lot" 😄😄 More
