Great cars and great experience. It was a great experience when purchasing a car from them. We already knew what we wanted when we arrived and they were very knowledable from the beg It was a great experience when purchasing a car from them. We already knew what we wanted when we arrived and they were very knowledable from the beginning with it all. We had a great time there and they made sure we were all set by time we were getting ready to leave the dealership to go home. They were even there when we had a small accident with the front right tire popping and the rim getting bent. They got the yire and rim replaced and had us back on the road. I would most definitely recommend them for your car needs. They were awesome and made my car buying experience easy and enjoyable. I love my new car and I am glad that we decided to go to Donohoo Auto to purchase a car. More

Best Dealership ever visited! If you do your homework about your vehicles of interest, the buying is effortless! We were greeted in reception area, we then selected vehicles we wi If you do your homework about your vehicles of interest, the buying is effortless! We were greeted in reception area, we then selected vehicles we wished to test drive from computerized inventory, told greeters our interest and valet will bring the cars around for you and you take the test drive alone and return car to the "test return" area and jump into next one you wish to try. We knew we wanted one of three vehicles, test drive all three at our ease and convenience without sales. Once decision was made on the one we wanted, we ask for a salesperson who answered our questions. A little over an hour later we drove away in clean, "new to us" vehicle. Will never buy from anywhere else again-- Donohoo is the best! Keith in sales is very helpful and Jimmy in Service is so nice. Great experience! More

Straight forward, easy buying experience. I bought a 2014 Acura ILX and am very happy with the purchase. There was no pestering or harassing like I've experienced at other dealerships. Jim was straight forward, treated me with respect, and even gave me what I thought was fair on my trade in without having to try and negotiate. My only issue with my car was a scuffed up rim, but Jimmy Burns and his crew made it look as good as new when I bought it. I would recommend Donohoo Auto. More

My daughter called to ask a question My daughter recently purchased her first car with my assistance from Donohoo and had an issue with an overtight oil drain plug being reported by our f My daughter recently purchased her first car with my assistance from Donohoo and had an issue with an overtight oil drain plug being reported by our fleet maintenance servicing garage. I encouraged her to call Donohoo as both of us believed that they had last serviced her car before purchase. She called and spoke with the service team and was informed that the vehicle has undergone service before arriving at Donohoo. Before my daughter could process what he had said he offered to change her oil and solve the issue with the drain plug. My daughter offer to bring both oil and filter but he told her to save those for another time and that they would be happy to do it for her at no charge. She went a few days later and they did exactly as promised. In a world where people pass blame to others it is refreshing to see GREAT customer service in action. Needless to say we will be return customers for years to come. More
