My experience with Larry Laumer has been disappointing due to his lack of communication. Recently stopped by the dealership to get a status update on an BMW X2 as my current lease is coming up for maturi due to his lack of communication. Our BMW advisor Jim L. was amazing, our entire interaction with him very professional and actually enjoyable, Jim was very knowledgeable regarding the vehicle we purchased and also research the b interaction with him very professional and actually enjoyable, Jim was very knowledgeable regarding the vehicle we purchased and also research the best rates for us, When I met with the fiance director to complete paperwork he was awesome and displayed excellent customer service and before we drove off the lot the BMW specialist (Dirk) walked us to the vehicle explaining all the bells and whistles. Dirk welcomed us to the BMW family and advised us to call if we have any other questions. More
