This dealership was amazing. From the moment we entered we were greeted and assisted as if we were the only people on the premises (which we were not!). We were offered a beverage and very well taken care of. The hospitality was impeccable. Our sales associate, Jimmy, went above and beyond helping us with the right vehicle. He was very informative and kept us updated on the progress of the vehicles delivery time frame. He was genuine, never pushy, and truly helpful. This is our 1st foreign car purchase - as my husband is retired from Ford Motor Co! We LOVE the vehicle, but just as important, the knowledge and caring helpfulness that Jimmy Laumer offered! We had no hesitation or reservations about this new purchase because of him and because of Jimmy we look forward to being lifelong BMW of Westlake customers. Mike Delczeg was also so helpful on pickup showing us the bells and whistles! He’s was patient and answered all of our questions on all the newest and latest gadgets we never knew we needed!! Two other sales associates also came by Jimmy’s desk and welcomed us into the family. So impressed! A big THANK YOU to those at BMW Westlake. More

There is none, I had a problem with my car not working and it hasn’t even been two years since I got it and it’s falling apart. I was speaking to a sales associate and I asked him to see what options I ha and it hasn’t even been two years since I got it and it’s falling apart. I was speaking to a sales associate and I asked him to see what options I had and that I’d like to get put in a vehicle that works for what I need. He gave me one option for vehicle that was only two years younger than my current vehicle (which is a 2010) and I’d be paying almost $300 more for on my payments! I asked him to find me something else and see what our options were and he said he’d call me back. Guess what? He literally never called me back! What kind of customer support is that?? I am literally having an issue with the car that HE sold me and had zero empathy for the situation I was in. Terrible customer support honestly. Disappointed actually as I own my own business and my customers support is no where near what I experienced here. More

My experience with Larry Laumer has been disappointing due to his lack of communication. Recently stopped by the dealership to get a status update on an BMW X2 as my current lease is coming up for maturi due to his lack of communication. Since early June, Larry has been aware of my interest in an X2. The process of buying/leasing a car is already stressful. More

I came from out of town twice. Once to look at a vehicle and the second to make a deal and drive it off the lot. Jimmy (salesman) was easy to work with and very little pressure.
