I had told him what I wanted and he was able to find me the vehicle with almost every feature I wanted. I truly believe that he is the best sales person that I have ever dealt with. There was absolutely no pressure in buying something that was not what I wanted. I would also like to thank Paul Ok in finance for his help in getting the additional accessories added and for explaining the additional warranty coverages that are available. Again, no pressure to buy. To be fair I also have to mention the folks from service, Joanna, Mike M. and the rest of the team. Without their attention to detail and great customer service one would not always want to go back. Rallye supplies you with all the information you need to maintain your vehicle, loaner vehicles when you need it, a comfortable waiting area or even cubicle space if you need to work while waiting (I did this for years), If you are looking to buy a new vehicle or just have one serviced there is no better place. Rallye is tops in sales and service. I've dealt with a lot of dealerships over the years and I can say without reservation that Rallye is truly one of the best. Lexus is a great car and I've dealt with a lot of dealerships over the years and I can say without reservation that Rallye is truly one of the best.
