Service personnel were helpful and responsive. Even though they could not find my web-scheduled appointment, I was taken care of, provided a loaner vehicle, and out the door in about 15 minutes. No communication - did not return texts or calls; kept my Maserati for 2 weeks without fixing anything. They only did diagnostics after I demanded my car back. Then charged me over $200 for diagnostics hur Maserati for 2 weeks without fixing anything. They only did diagnostics after I demanded my car back. Then charged me over $200 for diagnostics hurriedly done right before I arrived to get my car. I will NEVER be back. More
