Pleasantly surprised I first went to Ferman 3 years ago. It was a horrible experience all the way around. People at gas stations would approach me as i was gassing my car I first went to Ferman 3 years ago. It was a horrible experience all the way around. People at gas stations would approach me as i was gassing my car to relay their horror stories about the dealership. In February it was time to get another car. I searched for 3 weeks and finally the car i wanted showed up a Ferman. I had no choice. From the moment i arrived the changes were evident. This new staff offers a kindness i had never seen there before. It is kept a lot cleaner than it was 3 years ago, employees who don't have to speak to me do so anyways in an over the top friendly manner, and i find handwritten thank you notes in my car waiting for me after service. 3 years ago i had work done and my car was returned 2 me stalling out at traffic lights and emitting white smoke from my exhaust. When i addressed this with the old staff I was given a brush off. Yesterday was my 1st true service visit on the new car. I have a service warranty and was afraid that might lead to sub par service. Untrue! They care for my car as if i were spending the thousands of dollars it takes to maintain a twin turbo 750. I love my preowned 750. I enjoy my time at Ferman, and i truly like the staff. Thank you Ferman. More

A Truly Exemplary Experience! I was welcomed as a Family member. No appointment No problem. There is a nail in the right front tire. I was advised very professionally that our BMW I was welcomed as a Family member. No appointment No problem. There is a nail in the right front tire. I was advised very professionally that our BMW is also due for scheduled services that are covered by warranty. The tire is not overpriced, so I decided to replace both front tires. At 37,000 miles rhey are borh almost due for replacement. Thank you to the entire Ferman BMW team! More

Manolo Santos patiently and professionally worked with me over a two month period to This was a great car purchasing experience from start to finish. Manolo Santos patiently and professionally worked with me over a two month period to arrange the purchase of my new Mini Cooper Countryman. There was never a point that I felt pressured to proceed more quickly or to make a purchase before I was ready. I live 4 hours away from the dealership so when I finally made it to the showroom, I still was undecided as to which vehicle I wanted. I told Santos which features I wanted and he found the perfect Mini for me. We test drove the car and I knew it was the one for me. Less than three hours after arriving at the dealership, the deal was done and I was driving away in my new Mini! What a great experience. As a single woman I felt respected, listened to, and I felt like I got a very fair deal. Thank you so much Ferman Mini and Manolo Santos, I will be back in 3-4 years for my next new Mini! More
