I've worked for Ferman BMW/Mini since March 2011. I have been a BMW Service Advisor, BMW Client Advisor and currrently serving as a Finance Manager since October 2016. Prior to coming to Ferman, I was a BMW Service Advisor at another local BMW Dealership for over 4 years. Additionally, I am a retired U.S. Marine Master Sergeant who served 20 years of loyal and faithful service. Easy process. Great staff. Transaction went very smoothly. Purchased car mainly over phone. Just had to drive to sign papers and pickup car. The sales experience provided by Dallas was excellent...no pressure, just showed us the best minis they had on the lot. Once we settled on a price, the paperwork end of it felt like a hard sel excellent...no pressure, just showed us the best minis they had on the lot. Once we settled on a price, the paperwork end of it felt like a hard sell for maintenance contracts. Lastly, not Dallas' fault, the detailing and getting the car ready kept us waiting for more than 3 hours. We were exhausted at the end of that day. But so far, we are happy with our purchase of a certified used mini! More
