I've worked for Ferman BMW/Mini since March 2011. I have been a BMW Service Advisor, BMW Client Advisor and currrently serving as a Finance Manager since October 2016. Prior to coming to Ferman, I was a BMW Service Advisor at another local BMW Dealership for over 4 years. Additionally, I am a retired U.S. Marine Master Sergeant who served 20 years of loyal and faithful service. Fantastic experience!! We couldn’t be more happy with how we were treated! One of the best experiences we have had in a long time! Sales and Finance were great! Friendly, helpful and explained everything to me very well. I definitely enjoyed my experience at Ferman. Working with Dallas to purchase my 3rd Mini was a pleasure. He was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase.
