A couple years ago I finally decided to retire my old car and wanted to actually get a decent vehicle I wouldn’t have to take to the shop every month. I wanted to avoid the typical dealership of being forced into a car I didn’t like and well out of my price range. i was referred to Klaben by a friend who had purchased his car a from them a couple years prior and had a great experience he is still driving his 2015 Ford focus and can’t justify getting rid of it. I decided to call them and before I knew it I drove home a 2020 ford escape with low miles and super clean. Their maintenance shop is spectacular keeping me up to date on oil changes, tire rotations, fluid flushing, general wear and tear checks, etc. I now bring my Fiances Ford Fiesta here now and even though I didn't buy it here they give me the same honesty and craftsmanship when fixing or maintaining her vehicle. Joe French has been a fantastic point of contact and he is very through in his questions and making sure any concerns I have with our vehicles are checked out no matter how minor. More
