It means a great deal to our organization and allows us to realize areas we are succeeding as well as ones we are failing or need to improve. After reading your comments it was obvious that we failed in providing the level of service experience you deserve and let you down in the process. No excuses. We fell short in meeting promise times / expectations set by ourselves and caused inconveniences as a result. We are better than this and clearly did not prove that on this recent visit. Might I have a few more moments of your time at your convenience to personally apologize, gain additional insight, and find a way you are comfortable with to make right a situation we obviously created?
