Sean Bradford, Kim Wolfram, Joe French, & the rest of the service team resolved a minor issue over, above, & beyond my expectations. My car was driven back to me in spiffed up, detailed condition after it wa service team resolved a minor issue over, above, & beyond my expectations. My car was driven back to me in spiffed up, detailed condition after it was serviced with "the works". Klaben kept its word in this event, which is an important business attribute. I would this time grant more than 5 stars, if possible. Thank you, Klaben associates, for keeping me a believer. More

Excellent, customer-focused service. They worked me in even though they were booked. 3 weeks out after as I had an electrical issue just prior to a long trip.
