I've had to bring 2 of the vehicles in for recalls and Pre-Owned Warranty work recently and my point of contact in their Service Dept was Joe Giacchino. This young man was outstanding! He kept me in the loop on the status of my repairs and more importantly because of the supply chain issues, he kept me informed of the status of delivery of parts that were required to finalize repairs. He arranged for my free rental (under Warranty) and his demeanor towards me as a customer was caring, empathetic and extremely professional.
