Not happy with service dept I sent my girlfriend to Carman for an oil change, alignment and 2 tires. She was there for 7 hrs. After all that being done they had the GULL TO CHAR I sent my girlfriend to Carman for an oil change, alignment and 2 tires. She was there for 7 hrs. After all that being done they had the GULL TO CHARGE A WOMAN $37.00 TO REPLACE A BULB THAT TOOK LESS THAN 3 MINUTES ! THAT IS CORRECT, LESS THAN 3 MINUTES. What happened to thank you for your business. After waiting 9 days for the reason behind the $37.00 charge i went to one of the sons Joe since the service mgr or Larry would not return my calls. Within an hour i got a not so happy call from the service mgr telling me he did not think his dept took advantage of a WOMAN BUT CHARGING $37.OO to change a bulb that took less than 3 minutes. Good move Carman you lost two customers. . More

When making a major purchase, I like to make an informed decision.The sales manager Joe Giacchino did a great job as well. He respected me and my time. I wasn't there the usual 5 or 6 hours negotiating a price/car payment. I was there less than 3 hours. He was able to get me into a car that met my needs and the payments were within my budget. Lastly, the business manager Bob Halpern helped make sense of all of the paperwork. He talked to me in layman's terms and made me feel comfortable and informed. I would definitely recommend Carman Ford to others. More
