Great experience - friendly service I only visited two dealerships and the experience was like night and day. Jim Ellis Buick GMC Mall of Ga associates were knowledgable and helpful. I only visited two dealerships and the experience was like night and day. Jim Ellis Buick GMC Mall of Ga associates were knowledgable and helpful. The other dealership barely even told me about the vehicle I test drove. I already knew I was interested in the Terrain but also curious about a Jeep. Even if I hadn't liked the Terrain better, I appreciated the experience at the dealership better as well. Would recommend Jill Ellis Buick GMC Mall of Ga to anyone. More

Craig was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeabl After hitting dealerships up and down the Mall of GA strip, we stopped at GMC and Craig last. Craig was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable on all cars, not just the ones on the GMC lot. He really helps my wife and I find the SUV that fit our needs with kids that outgrew our current smaller SUV. My son will get my car when he turns 16 in a couple of years and I will definitely be back to visit GMC Mall of GA and Craig at that time for a new car purchase. More

Everyone we talked with was super helpful in answering our questions and helping us in every way possible to help us purchase the car we wanted in a timely manner. We could not have asked for better service! They even followed up with us about a week after our purchase to make sure everything was going well and see if they could do anything else to help.
