I bought my 2018 ram 3500 was told it was ready and was not you all worked on and said it was ready. Picked it up on Saturday morning made to artesia nm. Same problem. Mgmt Jose O. was awesome, attentive. Service dept. not so great initially okay then spiraled down from there. Your warranties pre-authorization thumbs down they drag their feet on approvals.
