Most companies that do this allow you to note that you do not want to be contacted and show the price instantly. Anderson does not; they email the price. I requested a price on a vehicle and was contacted via phone and email. Anderson gave me a price for the vehicle and I confirmed that we were talking about the same vehicle and found that it was a price that I could work with. I set up a time to come in and see the vehicle. Once I arrived they verified the price of the vehicle before I ever asked. After the test drive I made plans to come back the next day with my spouse so he could agree that this was the vehicle. Once again, they verified the price with the original quote. As it became time to start paperwork they then told us that they gave us the wrong price. We told them that wouldn’t work. They first offered to take off $100. Tried to work with them and got nowhere. We walked out and purchased another vehicle at a great price with more options than what we would have gotten at Anderson. While we were purchasing the other car Anderson called multiple times to get us back in. If you go out of your way as a business to verify a price and then at the last point say you can’t do it. Sorry not going to work with you. No regrets leaving. More

Never Gave Up on Us. I want to preface this review with: my wife and I did not end up buying a car from Eric. But I also will not be leaving any review for any of the other salespeople I met that I didn't buy a car from. Eric was that friendly and accommodating. Right from the start he knew all the questions he needed to ask us to narrow down his search field when looking for a car for us. At the time we dealt with Eric we were considering an SUV with 3 rows and he found some great vehicles for us, but our budget just couldn't get us there. On a whim we decided to buy a minivan not thinking that that's what we wanted. In the end Eric made sure to contact us with new options and prices without being overly persistent. He also never tried to upsell us. He had a lot of respect for us and our situation and I would definitely recommend him (and Anderson Toyota) to anyone I talk to who is looking to buy a car. More

Concise, courteous, and considerate I made this purchase toward the end of everyone's shift, late at night near closing time. I worked with Adrej, and I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to negotiate with him for my Toyota Prius. Andrej didn't hassle our transaction with cumbersome tactics in order to make a sale. Instead, he listened patiently as I clarified my particular situation before explaining to me my options. Overall, my experience was a genuine pleasure. This was my first experience with a car dealership, and I am profoundly relieved that it was as free of auto purchase clichés as it was. I will certainly do business here again in the near future. That said, I will offer a constructive critique of a few points that could stand to be improved upon: More details could have been provided regarding the features of the vehicle I purchased, and the dealership really should not have let me drive the vehicle off the lot with a tail-light out. None of us noticed it, and I myself did not notice until I stopped for fuel. Furthermore, the car should have had a little more fuel in it. I understand that this vehicle is very fuel efficient, but it was a bit anxiety provoking how low the tank was left. Again, this was an oversight on my own part as well. I will edit this review to let potential buyers know how well-received these things are when I next contact this dealership. I think we could all stand to improve at the things we do for a living, and I sincerely hope my points of criticism aren't a deterrent to any would-be shoppers/buyers at Anderson of Loves Park. I feel confident that the excellent sales team of this dealership will address these and any other issues moving forward. In conclusion, this dealership is a good one, and while they are in business to make profit, they aren't afraid to do a good job helping people while they do so. EDIT #1 (May 12th 2019): Andrej called promptly to remedy any issues I may have had. He apologized for the errors with the tail light and fuel levels of my purchase, and offered recompense for both. I also spoke with his supervisor, Devin. I'll be heading into the dealership with the car in a about a business week, and I will update this review once more at that time to describe my experience then. More

Amazing people who really care I came to this dealership thinking I would be told no. No, everyone was so welcoming and did everything they could to help me out! Great customer service! I went to multiple places a few days ago and out of all the places Don was the only one that came out to talk to me even in cold and windy weather. I told him what i was looking for and the 1st car he showed me was a perfect one for me! All the staff was really great! Don, Joe, Ricky, Tony and Devin were really great people and worked with me to get the car that I wanted! Great work to all the staff there!
