Purchased used rava4 there on Saturday, everyone seemed nice. It took all my money actually my sister paid the most of it. Hopefully the kindness continues. On my way home 3 warning lights came on, check e nice. It took all my money actually my sister paid the most of it. Hopefully the kindness continues. On my way home 3 warning lights came on, check engine, 4wheel drive and svc, at same time auto seemed miss off & on. Sadly took my new car back to dealer salesman give me very nice loaner. I don't know what ill do. I have no more funds. More

I can’t say enough how that impressed us. He never pressured us and he was patient and worked with until we got exactly what we wanted. Devin and Joe were amazing as well. They explained everything and were so personable as well. To be honest, it felt like we were working with friends. This has been the best experience we have ever had. It was nothing like the pressure and feeling like just a number that you see at some other dealerships. We will definitely recommend Anderson Toyota to our friends! More

Andrej was great, dealership haggled less than I expected. I will begin this by saying I was in the market to purchase by force, not choice, which is less thrilling than the already thrilling prospect of car h I will begin this by saying I was in the market to purchase by force, not choice, which is less thrilling than the already thrilling prospect of car hunting and buying (please note sarcasm here). A total loss accident forced my hand and I spent a lot of time researching vehicles/price/configurations/ etc. before deciding to go to Anderson Toyota. Working with Andrej was good experience. particularly by comparison to other Anderson group experiences I've had. He knew the product well, was able to answer all f my questions and was NOT pushy. I came in to look at one vehicle in particular and was not interested in other inventory. He allowed me the time to take the vehicle for almost an hour which in tur allowed me to get the stamp of approval from my wife before starting to work a deal. The normal couple of rounds of I a willing to pay $XXX with the sales manager scoffing ensued. In the end I left with a new(er) Highlander and Andrej/Toyota made some money. The only negative was when Andrej (whether this came from the sales manager or not I cannot say) told me someone "screwed up" when putting the sticker price on this vehicle, suggesting it was listed at less than it should have been. Not a good tactic and I suggest not using it in the future. it is not the customer's fault or problem and to think I would care is also very silly. Again, this was the only negative from this experience. Jump to Monday afternoon, 8/12, I discover what appears to be a screwdriver sticking out through the side wall of my tire, right next to the rim. I call the dealership on Tuesday morning, and Andy B was nice enough to take care of me by replacing the tire for free within two hours of calling in. He also handled the detail I needed to schedule with Andrej, but had not done. For once, I didn't leave an Anderson dealership feeling disrespected or disappointed. Well done. More

Best car buying experience I've ever had I couldn't be happier with my experience. Andrej was very responsive and accommodating with answering questions. He assisted me through the test drive I couldn't be happier with my experience. Andrej was very responsive and accommodating with answering questions. He assisted me through the test drive and did a thorough orientation to my new car. Devin and Joe ran different scenarios on the financing to make sure I had the best deal and Tony S. closed the deal with a detailed explanation of the contracts, and warranties. Everyone was so helpful, and low pressure. It's hard to find a dealership that you can trust but I found one. These guys are awesome! More

Most companies that do this allow you to note that you do not want to be contacted and show the price instantly. Anderson does not; they email the price. I requested a price on a vehicle and was contacted via phone and email. Anderson gave me a price for the vehicle and I confirmed that we were talking about the same vehicle and found that it was a price that I could work with. I set up a time to come in and see the vehicle. Once I arrived they verified the price of the vehicle before I ever asked. After the test drive I made plans to come back the next day with my spouse so he could agree that this was the vehicle. Once again, they verified the price with the original quote. As it became time to start paperwork they then told us that they gave us the wrong price. We told them that wouldn’t work. They first offered to take off $100. Tried to work with them and got nowhere. We walked out and purchased another vehicle at a great price with more options than what we would have gotten at Anderson. While we were purchasing the other car Anderson called multiple times to get us back in. If you go out of your way as a business to verify a price and then at the last point say you can’t do it. Sorry not going to work with you. No regrets leaving. More

Never Gave Up on Us. I want to preface this review with: my wife and I did not end up buying a car from Eric. But I also will not be leaving any review for any of the othe I want to preface this review with: my wife and I did not end up buying a car from Eric. But I also will not be leaving any review for any of the other salespeople I met that I didn't buy a car from. Eric was that friendly and accommodating. Right from the start he knew all the questions he needed to ask us to narrow down his search field when looking for a car for us. At the time we dealt with Eric we were considering an SUV with 3 rows and he found some great vehicles for us, but our budget just couldn't get us there. On a whim we decided to buy a minivan not thinking that that's what we wanted. In the end Eric made sure to contact us with new options and prices without being overly persistent. He also never tried to upsell us. He had a lot of respect for us and our situation and I would definitely recommend him (and Anderson Toyota) to anyone I talk to who is looking to buy a car. More
