He reached out to me about 2 weeks ago to wish have had bar none!!!! Let me start out by mentioning that my sales person Joe Vizzi was the best!!! He reached out to me about 2 weeks ago to wish me a happy anniversary on my previous 2018 Honda and also to let me know that he had an opportunity to get me into a new vehicle for the same cost of what I was currently paying on my 2018 Honda. I was skeptical but Joe assured me that he could make this happen nd sure enough the car came in when he said it would, contacted me and we made the deal. The process was so smooth and fast I couldn’t believe it.. I had bad memories of other dealerships where the process took all day. Not the case here. They had everything ready when I arrived. I signed the paperwork and that was it. I also would like to mention that Joe took the time to go over every feature in the car and answered all of my questions.
