This was my first time using Gordie Boucher and I was impressed. I didn't feel pressured or rushed. Joe Zipperer was helpful and informative. He recommended I look at cars at their other locations and impressed. I didn't feel pressured or rushed. Joe Zipperer was helpful and informative. He recommended I look at cars at their other locations and if I see one he will bring it down. I did see one and wound up buying a recently turned in 2018 Escape SEL that just went through inspection. We love our new Escape, we had a 2001 for 14 years. More

Average dealership - can't deny or recommend Overall disappointed with dealership after spending over $55,000 dollars on a new car. They are very average. Since 1985, my wife and I have purcha Overall disappointed with dealership after spending over $55,000 dollars on a new car. They are very average. Since 1985, my wife and I have purchased 8 new Fords. This was by far the least informative purchase we've ever made. It's a numbers game for the dealership and Ford. We know that but we had hopes it would be better, it wasn't. It's today's norm. We never had more than 20 minutes face time with the salesman. Two other people came to see us during the purchase, but it was a check in the box. - As a customer, I had everything in order when we got there. I can't imagine selling a car would be any easier than it was to my wife and I. - We were on time, actually a few minutes early, but were hurried through the purchase. - I changed the finance amount after initial contact, and was assured it would be corrected when we got there. When the finance person spoke to us at the dealership, the information was wrong. - Dealership put docs on a jump drive and hands it to you. Great, now if I ever want to look at anything, I have to spend my own time to put it in a computer, sift through it, and use my own printer to print it out. WHY can't you supply a list of what is on the jump drive? - What is on the jump drive anyway? - It's a typical dealership where they shovel everything your way, seeming to make it easier, but they explain very little and shove you out the door. - We had the same experince with another Ford dealerhsip last year. - Salesman isn't all knowledable about the car. Let me ask you, have you ever spent +$55,000 dollars on a car and the salesman never opened the trunk? We did. - Salesman was more ficused on setting up one phone on the car than telling us about it. He was busy with another couple while selling us this car. - So here's some of the cars features that the salesman NEVER told us about: - Trunk release - Tonneau covers - Look in trunk - No spare tire - Driver assist functions - I wondered why car lkept slowing down when cruise control was on driving home. - Glove box - Door using valet key - Sunglasses holder - When you call back, they don't have the support. Four days later I get an email from the salesman telling me to go to some website to learn about the car? Huh? Why didn't you do that while we were buying the car? Overall disappointed with this dealership and Ford. We get it, it's simply a numbers game buying a car. This dealership does not deserve anything more than a 3 star. Bottom line is this dealership did nothing to deserve a 5 star rating. It's that simple. The dealership knew we lived 250 miles away. So we're supposed to call for questions? More
