The entire Denooyer family was great with my recent purchase. I have purchase the last 3 trucks from Denooyer and the experience keeps getting better and easier. The buying experience with the sales rep was great! Also the person handling all of my paper work and getting me all set up was extremely professional and did a great job. Bought a new truck on July 23, picked up .aug 8 due to manufacturing defect. Was getting a little worried. Was in contact with my salesman the whole time. But when I went to contact owner Joel Denoyer he manufacturing defect. Was getting a little worried. Was in contact with my salesman the whole time. But when I went to contact owner Joel Denoyer he never responded. As a 3 time repeat costumer. And no compensation for waiting to pick up a 60k truck. More
