I went to the dealership on Monday January 29th, 2024 to have a bed step installed on my truck. While I am happy with the way it turned out, it was somewhat of an inconvenience. When I scheduled the appoint have a bed step installed on my truck. While I am happy with the way it turned out, it was somewhat of an inconvenience. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told it would take about 30 minutes. Because of this, I opted to take the truck in and wait until it was done as it was the middle of the workday. I waited for approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes. Had I have known this, I would have dropped off the vehicle and made accommodations to come pick it up later. I was stranded at the dealership with no explanation as to why it was taking much longer than what I was told. Nobody informed me as to why it was taking longer and I had to go ask 2 different people to get an update. By this point, I had been waiting for 2 hours and was told at that time they were working on it and it would be about 30 minutes. I waited 45 more minutes and then was informed it was done. I come here frequently for service and am impressed, I just wish there was better communication in this instance. I had to rearrange other appointments throughout the day due to the lack of communication. I could have arranged to leave the vehicle and come back later. More

From sales to service to finance, all the staff and personnel have been excellent and treated my loyalty as a customer with respect and outstanding service. They have listened to my needs/wants and delivered. Joel Kitchen is the most recent service manager I have had and always sees that my questions are answered so I understand and has made sure that the requisite service is done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Brent Brown Toyota. More
