My Husband and I were in the market for a Cadillac. We went to two other dealerships before Big Star Cadillac. The first dealership, we couldn't even get anyone to talk to us. We just wanted to sit in a car. The second dealership wouldn't even negotiate. My husband says let's try Big Star Cadillac. It was an hour away but let's go test drive a car. I didn't have my hopes up but my husband said think positive. Man was I surprised with their customer service. David Bukrinsky went above and beyond to help us test drive and get the car we wanted. Just unbelievable service. This guy will jump through hoops. I got my car on Sat and he has messaged me 2x already asking if everything was alright. He even helped me make an appt to get my add on stuff done. I would recommend David to EVERYONE! You will waste your time going to other dealerships. Dont do it!!! Big Star Cadillac for the win. They need to promote David B! All around class act. More
