The communication is horrible. Sales rep told me he’d call me back in 20 minutes. Needless to say that was a month ago. The manager had the nerve to call me and ask me how the car buying process was going, I told him his rep never called me back. He stated he would do his best to get me out of my current vehicle and into another one, that was 2 weeks ago. I received the BEST service from Joel Williamson. I told him what I was looking for, and he listened. Didn’t try to sell me something that was “almost” what I wanted. I will 100% recommend him to everyone that is in the market for a new car. And when I got to the finance department, Angel Cooper was a BOSS! She handled everything so smoothly, and even added a little humor. This was by far THE BEST car-buying experience I have ever had! More
