When we sell vehicles with hail damage. We offer two options. 1. Use the insurance money to fix the damage on the vehicle. OR 2. Take the insurance money as a discount off the price of the vehicle instead of getting the damage repaired. Both is not an option. I see that you signed the storm damage discount acknowledgement sheet and took a $10,000 discount "in lieu of any repairs". I don't know where the wires may have gotten crossed in your conversation with Joey, but we're confident in his character & believe he would not encourage anyone to commit fraud. What you're suggesting would 100% be insurance fraud. I apologize that it wasn't clear to you upon making your purchase & that you believe you were mislead by one of our employees. Mike was right in steering you to contact your insurance company. You can not make a claim on something and be paid for it when insurance has already paid for it before. Thank you for your service & for your review.
