Denooyer Chevrolet is a fantastic dealership with an extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. I’ve leased several vehicles from Denooyer over the years, more specifically Heath, the salesman, because extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. I’ve leased several vehicles from Denooyer over the years, more specifically Heath, the salesman, because I never feel pressured into buying/leasing something that I’m not 100% comfortable with. Heath’s relaxed but knowledgeable approach makes the entire process a lot less intimidating. Also, Michelle in the insurance department was a pleasure to deal with as well. She pointed out some concerning points about my current insurance, and offered to shop around on my behalf for a better package and a similar rate. Both John’s in the Service Dept. have been very helpful to me over the years as well on the few occasions I’ve needed any vehicles serviced. It’s great to know that there are still people out there that take great pride in customer care. More

I took the car in to have them look at DC fast charging. They had swapped out the traction battery as a part of the recall and DC fast charging has not operated properly since. Service dept is a big part of where I purchase a car. I brought my car in TWICE for my heater and gave them $108.00, and it’s exactly the same as the first time I brought it in!!
