Wonderful buying experience with Acura Columbus! I am so impressed with Acura Columbus! From my initial call to this dealership, to driving off the lot in my new RDX, all of their employees were fr I am so impressed with Acura Columbus! From my initial call to this dealership, to driving off the lot in my new RDX, all of their employees were friendly, knowledgeable and up front. They streamlined the buying process- listened to what I wanted and quickly made that happen. A big thank you to Steve Ault for facilitating everything so quickly, and for taking the time to thoroughly go over the new vehicle with us, answering all of our questions. Thanks to the rest of the team as well who reached out to me during this process to make sure I was taken care. Great Buying Experience Bought a MDX in 2010 at Acura Columbus and kept it until 2019. Great car so I bought another 2019 MDX. The Service Department, managed by Larry Jones Bought a MDX in 2010 at Acura Columbus and kept it until 2019. Great car so I bought another 2019 MDX. The Service Department, managed by Larry Jones, has been wonderful to work with over the years. Great people and great cars I just purchased my 2nd Acura RDX. Once again the process was painless. My salesman, Francesco, Did not push me to make a sale. John Conelly,the owner, sat with us for a length of time just conversing about the areas growth. He was very down to earth and I could’ve talked to him all evening. I was in and out in 45 minutes though told it would be a littl The service provided for my Acura TLX yesterday was outstanding. I couldn't be happier. I was in and out in 45 minutes though told it would be a little over an hour. The waiting area was very pleasant with all the amenities. The people were all very friendly and the price was fair. I was given a report of everything that was checked and a heads up on something that might need service in the future...no surprises. When I got in my car there was a card from the owner asking me to let him know if I had any concerns about my service (I had none). A candy cane was taped to the card. I highly recommend Acura of Columbus. More

And now they went way above and beyond my expectations... in my original review yesterday, I complained about a fee I was charged that wasn't originally disclosed -- today I received a note from the owner, Acura Columbus is sending me a refund of the amount in question. Acura Columbus stands by their word, and does the right thing for their customers. And it comes from the very top of the of the company. What more can a customer ask for... it's not the error, it's the recovery. Thank you Acura Columbus. More
