I considered several different makes and models of auto's before committing to the 2015 & 2018 Acura RLX Leases I was able to communicate very well with all the staff at Acura Columbus on both leases. My reacent contacts did not involve the service department but in the past three years I have found them to be outstanding also. More

Recent MDX Purchase We do not purchase vehicles often and the few times we have visited car dealerships, it is usually with a degree of dread as we prepare ourselves for We do not purchase vehicles often and the few times we have visited car dealerships, it is usually with a degree of dread as we prepare ourselves for the usual high pressure sales. This was not the case when we came to Acura Columbus. We were very impressed with this dealership and its personnel. Everyone we met was professional and a pleasure with which to deal. There was nothing in the way of pressure to purchase. We shared our positive experience with our family and friends on social media -- something we typically do not do. Thank you Acura Columbus! More

This service department cannot be beat. They are the best!! I stopped at Courtesy Acura in Lexington, Kentucky. BIG MISTAKE!!! Too busy to help. I made it to my favorite Acura Columbus in Dublin, Ohio, where they were able to make my car safe to drive again and really cared. I am always impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the service department. I travel from South Carolina to Ohio and plan for my TSX to get serviced at Columbus Acura. Purchase of certified pre-owned Acura RDX I am very pleased with my recent purchase, and the customer service I received was better than any customer service I've experienced in a long time. F I am very pleased with my recent purchase, and the customer service I received was better than any customer service I've experienced in a long time. From the moment I walked in the door (not realizing they had just started winter hours that day and it was almost closing time), Brian Kerr took his time providing me all of the information I needed to make a decision, and he was willing to negotiate a price. Kyle Duncan was respectful and took his time making sure I got the best rate for my financed vehicle. Both Brian and Kyle stayed late to help me close the deal and take my new vehicle home with me that night. Acura Columbus has been exceptional on small follow-up details after my purchase, such as complimentary fixing of the sun glass holder that would not stay up and making me a back-up remote starter. The battery was low on the original remote starter a week after purchase, and they put in a new battery for me at no extra charge. Acura Columbus is all about service and making you feel like they want and appreciate your business. And did I mention that I LOVE my (new to me) Acura RDX! More
