I had a terrific experience yesterday. Treg called me at 2pm and told me about a loyalty program to get me out of my current lease and a special on a new MDX. I arrived at 5, took the car for a test drive a 2pm and told me about a loyalty program to get me out of my current lease and a special on a new MDX. I arrived at 5, took the car for a test drive and worked with Treg and John and the numbers. The car was prepped and I finished the paperwork with Ian shortly before 7pm. 2 hours and I had my new vehicle. Great customer experience and highly recommended. More

Love Acura Columbus I love Acura Columbus because they treat me like a family member. I started with the TL, then bought a TLX and now, I have a 2019 RDX. Steve Ault is always friendly and knowledgeable, making car shopping enjoyable. I was recently in for a service issue. Larry Jones was very impressive and efficient. He called me to get a through history of my vehicle problem (I used night drop). My vehicle was diagnosed and fixed quickly. I am very happy with my Acura family! More
