Made an appointment to close out my lease well in advance, sent all the requested paperwork in immediately. Got there at my scheduled time and sat for over an hour. Prior to my appointment, getting someone on the phone was darn near impossible, or even to get a call back. Finally resorted to saying I was looking for a new vehicle, those calls got answered without delay. Definitely won’t go back to my auto on my next purchase. More
