5k service During 5k service they found a bad cell in battery. They could have said nothing and waited for my battery to fail, but they replaced it under warrant During 5k service they found a bad cell in battery. Their waiting room is also very comfortable and well appointed with staff available to ensure popcorn is made, supplies out, etc. Very nice people! More

Excellent Service I brought my 2015 in to NPR Hyundai Service because the bottom cushion on the driver side, seemed like it failed. They looked it over and ordered a n I brought my 2015 in to NPR Hyundai Service because the bottom cushion on the driver side, seemed like it failed. They looked it over and ordered a new cushion and leather cover. I came back in for the install and the color didn't match. They ordered again, and the color matched perfectly fine. However, after the leather and cushion were installed the leather had a few hairline wrinkles in a few areas. Kevin, the service advisor who is fantastic, said to give it a few weeks. If it they don't smooth out bring it back. The wrinkles didn't change and I brought it back. They actually called up a person who specializes in seat upholstery, and they took the seat. The seat came back and it is real nice! Kudos to Kevin and NPR Hyundai for stepping up and getting it done. Once again, NPR Hyundai maintains it's excellent service reputation. Great service with a smile The greeter was was pleasant and efficient, the asst. service mgr. (Sean Koch) was knowledgeable and up-to-date on my vehicle needs. My wait time was The greeter was was pleasant and efficient, the asst. service mgr. (Sean Koch) was knowledgeable and up-to-date on my vehicle needs. My wait time was bearable due to the pleasant atmosphere and surroundings; and Felix Nieves of Sales, by coincidence, Felix sat down next to me to perform some paperwork and as a result we started a conversation regarding the updating of the place, staffing new and old, and eventually leading to buying a new Genesis, which I was not ready to do at this time, however I would contact Felix when the time was right for me. As information; I live over 75 miles away and I still come to New port Richey for the outstanding service that have gotten over the years. More
