Bad experience. Not keeping the word after vehicle is sold with pre existing condition. Selling used car but do not understand issue in car. Making false statements on issue presented on car and then iss sold with pre existing condition. Selling used car but do not understand issue in car. Making false statements on issue presented on car and then issues are ignored by stating not having warranty on car. At first point not supposed to sell the car if there is pre-existing condition. What is the point of passing car through used car inspection if not taken care. Not everything supposed to be warranty coverage. After selling vehicle, at this dealership you are no longer their customer. People waiting in front are their customers only. Do not expect this from senior associate. Will never buy again from this dealership. More
