3.5 - Overall good. Friendly, efficient, not pushy, flexibility trading in our lease. A couple points they could work on. a) Some sales staff not as knowledgeable about newer vehicles. Maybe they were just not knowledgeable about the newer electric cars, the ecosystem surrounding that and the switch from gas to electric. (Talking about the infotainment system is fine, but it wasn't the main selling point for us...) b) Communication about the status of my order was inconsistent. I got numerous calls from the dealership indicating when the car would be available only to get a followup later that 'Well actually... 3 more months.' Meanwhile VW.com was sending us different updates and it was a little frustrating trying to understand when we'd actually get the car with all the mixed messaging. c) They wouldn't work with us on price or include extras despite delays, inconveniences or the car price increase from the time we placed our initial order. Didn't feel like there was any sort of apology, acknowledgement or understanding of the frustrations we felt. More
