He is extremely knowledgable about technology and is someone many people in the dealership turn to with questions. This will come in handy when you want to learn how to program your phone for Bluetooth or want to learn how to use your new navigation system! John has laid back selling style that makes his customers very at ease when buying their new or used Toyota. On his days off, John enjoys spending time with his wife, son and dog as well as fishing and following his favorite sports team, the Boston Bruins!

The car was in excellent shape and priced very competitively. Steven provided all information upfront and did not hesitate when I asked for the OTD price (Using Messages). With other dealers I had competitively. Steven provided all information upfront and did not hesitate when I asked for the OTD price (Using Messages). With other dealers I had to beg for the ODT price and not always gave it. Fees were reasonable and after five minutes I could make my decision. When financing, John went over everything he had to, provided useful information regarding how I use my cars and answered all my thousand and one questions, many of them repeated. There was a good friendly and respectful interaction. I left with the intention of coming back to buy another car. 100% recommended. More
