2020 Forester I worked with Shawna Williams for over 2 months on the purchase of my 2020 Forester. It started when I went to the dealer and met her and she showed m I worked with Shawna Williams for over 2 months on the purchase of my 2020 Forester. It started when I went to the dealer and met her and she showed me the new Forester. I had purchased my 2015 Forester from the same dealer 5 years ago. It ended when my new Forester arrived and I drove it away on Nov 26. She stayed in contact with me from the begining to the end and was extremely knowledgeable when it came to explaining all the features in the car on the day of delivery. All in all, I had an extraordinaryly wonderful experience with her and everyone else at Tucson Subaru. More

I have been a Tucson Subaru shop customer with my old Baja for a long time but I had no idea I’d be buying a new car from them. It was fabulous It was fabulous. CJ was easy to work with and recognized when I needed a break to process information. That was wonderful to be able to walk away and It was fabulous. He also emailed/text me information so I could review it in my own space and discuss information with others. Very extraordinary. It was a long day. Had my Crosstrek in for service and recall . Drove three vehicles. Ended up purchasing new Outback. The service was attentive, professional and NO Pre Had my Crosstrek in for service and recall . Drove three vehicles. Ended up purchasing new Outback. The service was attentive, professional and NO Pressure. Jakob Larson made a great first impression. He was eager to do business with a friendly no rush personality. He had empathy in the fact that I needed to trade vehicles much earlier than I had anticipated. He took the time to show me all trims in the Forester and Outback. I notified him that I would need a much longer test drive than usual due to my specific back issues. Time at dealership 7:30am to sun down. At closing, I met Jennifer Duran. What a pleasant and friendly personality. She made the tedious act of signing all paperwork fun. More
