It was a long day. Had my Crosstrek in for service and recall . Drove three vehicles. Ended up purchasing new Outback. The service was attentive, professional and NO Pressure. Jakob Larson made a great first impression. He was eager to do business with a friendly no rush personality. He had empathy in the fact that I needed to trade vehicles much earlier than I had anticipated. He took the time to show me all trims in the Forester and Outback. I notified him that I would need a much longer test drive than usual due to my specific back issues. Time at dealership 7:30am to sun down. At closing, I met Jennifer Duran. What a pleasant and friendly personality. She made the tedious act of signing all paperwork fun. More
