A client came in early and he tried to find someone else to let me test drive the Forrester but everyone was busy with clients. After discussing with other clients we took it for a ride and he explained all the vehicle had to offer. My husband had questions and it was his day off but took care to make sure he got his answers. Upon going to sign papers he came right out to us and made the process so easy as well at becoming a friend. He assisted my husband with his walker and made sure we knew how everything worked prior to us leaving. We are very grateful to find someone who not only sold us a car but developed a friendship with. In today's society that a rare find. We will remain in touch with him for future vehicles as we feel we can trust him and he gave us an awesome deal. We need more Spences in the world that actually cares for others. Jennifer was great as well, she explained the plan very throughly and was very personal. Also offered her own thought about different packages which made it so much easier to make a decision. She also has a Forrester added plus. Of course the manager was involved with price even though we didn't meet him. Thank you for the time you have to use. More

Curt in finance did a phenomenal job signing all the paperwork and getting me quickly in and out in 30 minutes. The dozen red roses from management was a unexpected and thoughtful touch that my wife and daughter appreciated. As a retired veteran, it was heartfelt to have several of the employees thank me for my service. Exceptional Experience I inherited my first car from my father so really knew nothing about the ins and outs of buying a new car. I went to two dealerships prior to going to Tucson Subaru and felt a little rushed and discouraged by the process. John Petersavage was my first point of contact- friendly, helpful, and straight to the point- he set me up with Jennifer Duran for my first appointment with Tucson Subaru. Jennifer was beyond impressive. She was kind, patient, and informational, and walked me around the entire lot to ensure I was making a decision I was happy with. John and Jennifer both walked me through much of the process, chatted with me, and made me feel at home. After I had made a decision, when I went to do finances and pick up the car, Jennifer showed me how to work everything in the car, while Traci in finance gave me a few laughs and walked me through that process. I can without a doubt say everyone involved went above and beyond for me. I know I can call to ask them questions or for anything else I need and they would help me with a smile on their face. We e-mailed Rocky Christifano on Tuesday evening requesting his guidance on which direction to take as our Forester lease was coming to an end. Even though he was out of town he must have immediately contacted John Petersavage who got back to us immediately. John met with me the next morning and put together a package which met our needs perfectly. At this point CJ Nichols provided us with thorough and pleasant assistance. Traci remembered us from three years ago and finalized the paper work. It is so refreshing in this day and age to be treated with such kindness.
