On-the-ball Service; Don't let your wife see the "loaner" First, you can't even open your door when you drive up, before a service tech is standing there ready to take down your information. If it's a repair you want to wait for, they have a cushy lounge with wifi, a bigger flat screen (I watched the Diamondbacks game) than mine, coffee, water and best of all, fresh fruit. Most recently I had the 60k service done on my 2013 Outback and a number of minor repairs that included parts they needed to order. They "loaned" me a brand new, 2016 Impreza, which I only now realize was sales strategic brilliance. The missus is seriously enamored with that sporty little roadster and its made her minivan look woefully inadequate. The service techs kept us updated on progress with the car, thoroughly explained what needed and didn't need to be done and gave us a free car wash when it was all over. Best place and folks in town. Just don't let your wife see the "loaner". More

Professional, efficient, helpful and courteous. Ken Murch helped my daughter and I purchase a Subaru Forester after looking at severa cars in their used car inventory. We were considering the Rav 4, the Honda CRV and the Forester. Ken was knowledgable, and really cared about my daughter's needs. He asked all the right questions about her driving habits and helped us find a very low mileage (6k) late model (2015) with a power seat and moonroof which were high on the list for my daughter. Ever person we dealt with from the receptionist who greeted us to the manager and the gentleman who helped us in finance could not have been nicer or more helpful. We will surely be back the next time we need a car. More

The Extra Mile Jennifer gave up her day off to serve me. It took me a couple of years of research and test drives before deciding to buy a Subaru. I met Jennifer more than several months ago, and she kept in touch with me to answer any questions I may have had. At the dealership, I had a great time talking with John, Jennifer and Loren, all knowledgeable about Subaru and cars overall. There was no bait and switch. Everything worked out the way I wanted over the phone. The next day, I wanted the car right away and called Jennifer. It was her day off, but she arranged the transport the car from Phoenix, and we met at the dealership in the afternoon. Dealing with the finance person, Louie was the smoothest ever. There was absolutely no pressure at all. It was a very pleasant experience. This whole experience exceeded my expectations. When you go to Tucson Subaru, look for Jennifer. You will not be disappointed. More
