Actually a Pleasant Experience I'm not a car guy. To me they are like washing machines. You want one. You need one. But I don't care about them. Car salesmen love cars. Most assum I'm not a car guy. That, and their eagerness to make a sale, leaves me feeling like we're are never on the same page....sort of like going to the dentist. Steve Norris, however, breaks the mold. He has the ability to tune into the perceptions and mood of his clients. It was why I went back to HIM after first meeting him in 2015. I am 68 and just bought my 8th car. It was in my opinion 'as good as it gets.' Thanks Steve. More

Tucson Subaru 1st experience I pulled into Tucson Subaru to checkout the vehicles in-person and to see if I can fit comfortably into an Outback as I am 6'4" tall. I was greeted I pulled into Tucson Subaru to checkout the vehicles in-person and to see if I can fit comfortably into an Outback as I am 6'4" tall. I was greeted by Rudy Burneo and explained to him what I was looking for and he assisted me in finding a 2013 Subaru Outback in Venetian Pearl Red. Loaded with extras and well maintained. A few hours later, after installing a trailer hitch and a bike carrier, I was driving home in my new ride. Thanks to Rudy for explaining all of the details on the vehicle as well as the sales process that would have me on my way in no time at all. Rudy, John, Curt and Greg all were wonderful to work with and I am well pleased with the new car, the paperwork shuffle process and the well maintained dealership with clean restrooms, pleasant atmosphere and other customers being attended to with a professional and personal touch. Thanks to Rudy for being patient to answer all of my questions and going the extra mile. I will passing on my experience to all who inquire of my new Subaru. It's time like this that I ponder...what would Scooby Doo in a Subaru? More
