Upon entering we were greeted by several friendly and welcoming employees. The store was very bright and the Subaru vehicles looked beautifully arranged. He shared all of the parts of the Forester and the Outback. He allowed us to ask a million questions. He knew all the answers and pointed out some really unique features both trucks have. We decided after test driving to purchase the Forester. Jose walked us through each part of the paperwork with patience. Again with kindness he guided us through our purchase. He is an asset to your company. Finally we were with the financial officer, Louis. What a positive experience it was to be with him. He explained the warranty choices and we clearly understood that we wanted it! He guided us through the payments due and how to pay them. Louis made us feel extremely comfortable and completed our contract swiftly. Thank you Louis, Jose and Tucson Subaru! We look forward to our continued Subaru relationship!
