My whole experience with my salesperson was fine and all when very smoothly. When it came time to talk to the finance person, I left a bit bewildered! She talked about the packages you could buy for mainten when very smoothly. When it came time to talk to the finance person, I left a bit bewildered! She talked about the packages you could buy for maintenance, etc. and when I said no to all of them, she gave a very shocked, and are you crazy kind of response! Like a scare tactic to get me to change my mind. A bit over the top! More
