The service department was outstanding! I had brought my car back to get the remote starter installed. Very easy in quickly and got a ride home.Cashier was impatient and rude to me and my service guy when I car back to get the remote starter installed. This was our last scheduled maintenance on our leased 2018 RAV4 When I arrived for my 1:50 appointment I was told it would take 1 and 1/2 hours but my car was finished scheduled maintenance on our leased 2018 RAV4 When I arrived for my 1:50 appointment I was told it would take 1 and 1/2 hours but my car was finished in 35 minutes. I had an appointment at 11:00 for an oil change and tire rotation which could take up to 2 hours. After an hour and a half, they said that a wheel alignment was needed. That took at least another hour. W rotation which could take up to 2 hours. After an hour and a half, they said that a wheel alignment was needed. That took at least another hour. When they finally finished, the car was marred with white paint, scratches and noticeable black marks. They were not there when I brought the car in. When I brought this to their attention, they made excuses and only reluctantly cleaned off the marks. I left dissatisfied! More
