I have had nothing but great service from North Penn Mazda. From the beginning when I first bought my vehicle from their dealership I’ve felt like I was taken care of. Every time I schedule service, Wil Mazda. From the beginning when I first bought my vehicle from their dealership I’ve felt like I was taken care of. Every time I schedule service, Wil and the automotive techs are super friendly and informative. I LOVE the videos they send as updates for my car, whether it’s in for inspection or service. Their loaner office is just as wonderful and helpful, also. I will continue to have my vehicles serviced here as well as continue to purchase vehicles from their dealership. Every experience I’ve had since stepping foot on their lot to buy my car in 2022 has been wonderful. More

North Penn Mazda was great to work with. I was looking to lease a new Mazda 3 hatchback. Unfortunately several other dealerships I had been to were difficult to work with on this matter as i I was looking to lease a new Mazda 3 hatchback. Unfortunately several other dealerships I had been to were difficult to work with on this matter as it was not the model they were looking to move the quickest. North Penn was straightforward with me and super informative throughout the whole process. They made sure I did not feel like I was getting taken advantage of or that there may be hidden fees in the contract. They were also quick and efficient with the whole deal which I especially appreciate as my situation required me to kind of Rush the whole deal and sneak in the signing just before closing. My salesman Stephan was especially helpful in this manner and was very easy to work with on this. He was extremely friendly and accommodating and I really appreciate how much you worked with me in order to make the process quick and painless even though it was very last minute. Will definitely be considering North Penn Mazda for my future vehicle purchases and recommending them to family members looking for any new vehicles. More
