He provided all the information I needed to make a decision to purchase the Sport Series Forester and I absolutely LOVE IT! Then I met with Betsy who went over everything in the vehicle and made me feel very comfortable with the operation. I loved all of her short cuts and suggestions on the technology side that were really helpful that I probably would not have found myself. She patiently answered all of my questions and I left LOVING the SUV more. If anybody wants to buy a car I will definitely send them to FALCONE! More
